Here I have this fajance vase from Royal Copenhagen for you. The famous porcelain manufacturer Royal Copenhagen has been producing high-quality porcelain since 1775. This vase with the serial number 170/2740 was designed by the artist Kari Christensen (1938-1997). Kari Christensen was one of the artists Nils Thorsson brought to Royal Copenhagen to give the company a new, highly artistic direction. This reorientation should ensure that Royal Copenhagen received the greatest international attention in the 1960s and 70s. The vase, with its extremely elaborate design, bears witness to this era and is a wonderful addition to your home. You can find many more Royal Copenhagen collectibles in my other listings.
Condition: undamaged with normal signs of age with manufacturer's stamp and serial number on the bottom.
Dimensions: diameter approx. 11x17cm, height approx. 28cm.
