Here I have this handmade table lamp by Bjørn Keramik for you. The lamp was handmade in the 1960s and immediately catches the eye with its fat lava glaze, which is rather unusual for Danish studio ceramics. This beige-brown glaze covers much of the lamp and is punctuated by a star-shaped blue ornament that contrasts beautifully with the rest of the lamp. The unique design of this lamp makes it an exclusive mid-century exhibit that will definitely cause a stir. You can find many other unique ceramics by Scandinavian artists in my other advertisements.
Condition: undamaged with normal signs of age, with signature on the bottom.
Diameter: approx. 11.5 cm, height with lamp socket approx. 31.5 cm. The lamp has an E27 socket.
