Here I have this modern 1960's studio ceramic bowl from the ceramic workshop of the Danish artist Henri Nielsen. Henri and Else Nielsen ran their own workshop near Odense from the 1950s, which they ran until the 1990s. The bowl made of dark ceramic is decorated with a floral leaf pattern and glazed in beige - this creates a nice contrast between light and dark. This rare piece is ideal for a modern furnished and style-conscious home. In my other advertisements you will find many more ceramics by Scandinavian artists.
Condition: small chip on the bottom, otherwise undamaged, only normal signs of age, with signature on the bottom.
