Here I have this handmade vase by the Danish artist Kai Klinge for you. Kai Klinge was already working for Eva and Johannes Andersen in the 1960s, but founded his own workshop in the 1970s. Kai Klinge was known both as a ceramist and as a visual artist. This vase was made from coarse-pored brown shards and provided with a white-brown glaze, the brown tones form beautiful gradients and make the vase a real one-off. The timeless and modern design of the vase makes it an ideal addition to a Scandinavian-style interior.
You can find many other unique ceramics by Danish ceramists in my other ads.
Condition: Small chip on the lower edge of the vase, otherwise undamaged with normal signs of age, with manufacturer's stamp on the underside.
Dimensions: diameter: approx. 10cm, height approx. 20cm.
