Here I have this unusual candle holder by Axella Stentoj for you. The abbreviation Axella stands for the well-known Danish ceramic artist Aksel Larsen, who founded his company under this name in the early 1970s. This candle holder with the serial number 1409 was very skilfully handcrafted in the 1970s and can be fitted with a large tea light or another candle. The modern design and the earth-toned painting make this candle holder an ideal addition to Scandinavian design furniture. You can find many other ceramics by Axella and other Danish ceramicists in my other advertisements.
Condition: undamaged with normal signs of age, with manufacturer's stamp and serial number on the back.
