Here I have this large table lamp for you by the Danish artist Borge Christoffersen. This expressive lamp was made by Borge Christoffersen for Chris Keramik in Haslev in the 1960s. The white shard was painted in different shades of green and glazed in places. The organic basic form and the ornamental decor of this lamp are striking, making it a fascinating exhibit of Danish modernism. Condition: minimal chip on the outside, otherwise undamaged with normal signs of age, with signature on the underside.
Dimensions: diameter approx. 19cm, height with lamp socket approx. 36.5cm. The lamp has an E27 socket.
